Company History

MVDEX Incorporated began its journey in 1998 under the name Medivet Distributor, initially focusing on distributing animal health and care products. Since then, the company has consistently expanded its product line and geographical reach to meet the growing demands of the market.

Milestones and Achievements

  • 1998: Launched as Medivet Distributor, focusing on animal health products.

  • 1999: Expanded distribution to Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, and Bulacan; initiated R&D for toll-manufactured products.

  • 2000: Introduced Petdelyte, its first toll-manufactured product; expanded to Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, and Pangasinan.

  • 2001: Diversified product line to include injectables and feed additives through its own breeding and rearing program.

  • 2001: Began distributing manufactured products (Bromivet, Cefalexin GOS, Amoxicillin GOS, etc.) and vaccines (exclusive distributor of Novibac) in Greater Manila.

  • 2003: Expanded distribution to La Union with the aid of a dedicated delivery fleet.

  • 2004: Extended reach to Laoag, Baguio, and Cebu in partnership with Intervet.

  • 2006: Became the designated distributor of Porcimax for Foremost Farm, one of the largest pig farms in the Philippines.

  • 2007: Entered retail channels via Puregold and Waltermart supermarket chains.

  • 2008: Expanded into the human health sector as a sub-dealer for generic and branded drug manufacturers.

  • 2009: Became exclusive distributor of Biomilk, Biogenta, Bio, and Nova Shampoos through partnerships with local and Vietnamese manufacturers.

  • 2010–2012: Broadened vaccine offerings with multinational brands such as MSD Philippines, Merial, and Pfizer.

  • 2013–2014: Further enhanced market saturation with grooming, medical, surgical, and diagnostic products.

  • 2015: Developed improved product packaging and began exclusive distribution of Pet-Nutridrops with Inavet Inc.

  • 2016: Launched Prodox and expanded distribution to Cebu and Davao, introducing probiotic-based products.

  • 2017: Added more probiotic products (Biover, Proticure, Otishield, Wound Spray) and distributed Wonderzyme for animal and human sanitation.

  • 2018: Became the first sole distributor of Petdentity Microchips and thermal scanners in the Philippines. Conducted educational seminars with both private and government sectors.

  • 2019: Exclusive distributor of Catalysis Pets product line (Viusid, Asbrip, Renalof, etc.) in collaboration with Kings Cross Vet.

  • 2020: Launched Germ Guard and Germzyme disinfectant sprays.

  • 2021: Introduced new products including Calciubest, Heartcare, and Wormshield with Hebei Weierli Pharmaceutical.

  • 2022: Strengthened market presence by partnering with local sub-distributors to support the growing product line.
