These are the Mechanics:
1. Participants must like and follow our Page MVDEX Inc.
2.Participants may share their photos, but only individual photo likes from our album will be counted.
3.Voters are encouraged to also like our page.
4.Photo with the most likes by December 6, 2021 10 am, would win the contest.

2. Email name, address, contact no. and the best photo with your pet to marketing@mvdex.com.ph with the Subject Mvdex Photo contest.
3. Wait for our confirmation
4. Your photos shall be posted on our fb page
VOTING MECHANICS
1. VOTERS must like the MVDEX PAGE first.
2. VOTERS must like the PHOTO ENTRY posted on MVDEX PAGE ALBUM (like the PHOTO not the album)
3. Photos with the most likes and shares wins the contest

Terms and Condition
1) Mvdex Inc may upon notice and without liability to any party: i. vary these Terms & Conditions or discontinue the Contest; or ii. substitute, withdraw or cancel any prize without disclosing any reason and without any payment or compensation whatsoever.
2) By participating in the Contest, all participants agree to release and hold harmless Mvdex Inc from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to any person or property arising from or in connection, either directly or indirectly, with the following: i. the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any of the Prize or part thereof awarded pursuant to the Contest; or ii. the participation in the Contest, or any Prize-related activities including without limitation, any error in computing any breakdown, or malfunctioning of any computer system or equipment.
3) By setting up a Facebook or YouTube Account and using any services, products or features of Facebook or YouTube for the purposes of the Contest (including without limitation, uploading any materials onto these platforms), each participant is fully liable and responsible for complying with all terms and conditions as may be imposed by these platforms, and Mvdex Inc shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for such account and usage. Comments, photos, and video responses posted to Mvdex Inc’ Facebook Page are also subject to the terms of use of these platforms. Your comments are public and available to anyone visiting these platforms.
4) The participants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of the participants’ personal data and photo by/to the organizers, promoters or conductors of the Contest and such other third party for the purpose of administering the Contest and the participants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Mvdex Inc Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by Mvdex Inc from time to time.
5) Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Mvdex Inc, its advertising and promotional agencies to use any of the Winner’s names, and/or likeness and their winning entries for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
6) Mvdex Inc makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the merchants’ goods and services in respect of the Prizes.
7) In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Contest, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
8) These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Republic of the Philippines law and the participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
9) A person who is not a party these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions and notwithstanding any terms herein, the consent of any third party is not required for any variation (including any release or compromise of any liability) or termination of these Terms and Conditions.
10) This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. By participating in this promotion you agree to a complete release of Facebook from any claims.
